He phone early in the morning, which was great for me, and arrived within half-an-hour like he said he would. He was very efficient and continually tested and adjusted things until the problem was solved. The machine is now working better than ever and is much quieter than it was when I first bought it. I would like to congratulate you and the technician on running a very efficient and competent repair department which is very difficult to find nowadays.
