The Owners Corporation and I have now used Peter's services three times for differenet things. I have found him to be extremely competent and reliable - eg finding a lantern fitting for outside the building near the beach with rustproof screws (always a problem in the past), replacing an internal light switch in 5 minutes that another electrician refused to touch (claiming it was a major strata job requiring work in the roof) and working out instantly that a power blackout to my unit and some (but not all) others was a network failure on the part of Energy Australia after another electrician called out in an overnight emergency failed to diagnose the problem.
