We were having problems with our MATV system in inner Sydney. We had a host of MATV people come out to check & repair. None of them were ever on time & always said they'd have to come back. None of them inspired confidence in myself or my body corporate associates & whatever they recommended didn't work or was done so badly we were unsatisfied & so the problems dragged on. Someone else on our body corporate contacted Nathan from TeleRight on 1800 806 936. & he arranged to call. Not only did Nathan listen to us & our problems, he asked intelligent questions, which gave me confidence immediately. Nathan & his partner Mick, diagnosed the problems, more complicated than most systems I believe, & they advised us what to do with a couple of options. We took their advice & upgraded our system. & we now get the best reception we've ever had. I can't recommend these guys enough, by far the best tradesmen we've ever been involved with. I've lived in other units which had TV problems for many years, which were never rectified because we dealt with amateurs., who previously mowed lawns etc. I can't recommend these guys highly enough. We normally deal with a Strata Manager so I'll make sure he gives his work to Nathan in the future for all his other strata units. A. Matheson.
